Hey there! Star Name Services just made some awesome updates to their Discord Community!
The new set of exclusive identity groups has been designed to distinguish outstanding community members and reward their contributions to the Star community. With the official launch of SNS and OPNS, Star will successively release the selection rules of the Discord Role, so that more users can get the exclusive role, and they can get the rewards accordingly in the future, not only limited to vouchers, domain name airdrop, and incentive token airdrop.
The following are the Role integrated by Discord and the Role exclusive to different products. Please community members must read this article carefully:
General Discord Roles

- Star OG 2022 — Early Supporters
- Star OG 2023 — Early Supporters
2. New Roles
- Star Contributor: To inspire everyone to help each other, Star Epic Contributor can be given to those discord users who actively answer others’ questions. Before the end of each week, the Star team will conduct an internal discussion to decide who will be awarded.
- Star Epic Contributor: Among the selected Star Epic Contributors, the Star team will select contributors with the most outstanding performance or contribution and award them the “Star Legendary Contributor” role.
- Star Omni-chain Guru: Awarded to users who have tried cross-chain functions.
OPNS Exclusive Roles
- OPNS Maestro: A single-user wallet that holds equal to or more than 10 OPNS domain names can be given this role.
- OPNS Weekly Top10: Awarded to the top 10 single-user wallets that minted OPNS domain names every week. Participants need to initiate in submitting the screenshot as proof to participate in the selection. (Every Thursday at GMT+0, only depending on the number of holdings)
- OPNS Monthly Top30: Awarded to the top 30 single-user wallets that minted OPNS domain names every month. Participants need to initiate submitting the screenshot as proof to participate in the selection. (GMT+0 on the last day of each month, only depending on the number of holdings)
- OPNS Referral Maxima: The top 3 users with the largest number of referrals in one week. Participants need to initiate submitting the screenshot as proof to participate in the selection. (After the Referer function is enabled, the role will be selected)
- OPNS Holder: A single-user wallet participates in minting at least one or more OPNS domain names.
- OPNS Brand Advocate: All those in our Discord who have participated in one OPNS campaign via our social media can receive this role.
ZkSync Name Service (zkns. domains) Exclusive Roles
- zkNS Brand Advocate: All those in our Discord who have participated in one ZKNS campaign via our social media can receive this role.
- zkNS Inception Enthusiast: The special role to be given to those users who participated in the zkSync Name Service Elite: Grand I
- zkNS 100K Enthusiast: The special role to be given to those users who participated in the zkSync Name Service Elite: Grand II
- zkNS Holder: A single-user wallet participates in minting at least one or more ZKNS domain names.
- zkNS Test Pilot: The unique role to be given to those users who joined the campaign of zkSync Name Service Test.
- zkNS Ardent Supporter: The special role to be given to those users who change their Twitter/Discord Name to their .zk Domains(i.e. nice.zk).
Special Role for Specialized Domain Name
Two special Roles for “.iloveyou” domain holder:
- Love Collector: A single-user wallet that holds 5 or more .iloveyou domain names can be given this special Role.
- ILY Holder: A single-user who holds at least one or more .iloveyou domain names in their wallet can be given this special Role.
After the marketplace platform of Star Name Service is launched, when it reaches the following transaction times, the users can receive the special roles accordingly. We will announce it later!
